To request the deletion of your Amicomed account go through the following steps:
- Login into the Amicomed App using you Username and Password.
- From the homepage, open the burger menu on the top right
- Scroll the menu to the bottom and click on the “Delete Account” menu item
- The request will require a confirmation. Read carefully the terms of the deletion request before proceeding.
- Following confirmation of the request the account will be disabled, a notification sent to the email address of the account, and the request processed within 30 days.
- Please note your personal data will not be immediately deleted , and you may stop the deletion process within the 30 days grace period by clicking on the “Undo deletion” link provided in the email or by contacting us at support@amicomed.com.
